Sleep disorders. These are due to the insufficient secretion of Valentonin, the sleep hormone. It should be pointed out that Valentonin deficiency always goes hand in hand with 6-methoxyharmalan deficiency, the waking hormone. Consequently, in sleep disorders, a combination of Valentonin and 6-methoxyharmalan must be administered transdermally, in a dose ratio of 4 to 1, so as not to create any imbalance in the regulation of the body.
